How to Submit a Claim

Step #1: Register for an account. You will then receive an email confirming your account.

Step #2: Once logged in, you will have the ability to select and order an E on Demand service for your specific claims need.

Step #3: Fill out the required details of the assignment.

Step #4: You will then receive an email confirming that your assignment was successfully submitted.

Step #5: Log back into your account via this portal web page to see your assignment status and updates in real-time.
